When is Golf: The Journey launching?
Soon, but there is no date to give you yet, and we would rather say nothing than say something wrong. It is already playable end to end, which is why every screenshot here is real. Steam first, on PC and Mac; iPhone and Android follow.
How can I get early access?
Join the list. Early access opens in waves before launch, and everyone on the list gets 50% off at launch whether or not a wave reaches them.
Can I control the shots myself?
Not with a swing mechanic. You choose the club, the line and how much risk to take, and your golfer plays it according to ability, form, nerve, the lie and the weather.
Is Golf: The Journey free to play?
No. It is a premium game you buy once, priced like a round at your local. No gems, no timers, no loot boxes. The exact price comes with the Steam page.
What does the on-course gameplay look like?
Every hole is shown from the air, and that is where you play it from: club, line and shot type, then watch it unfold. A full 3D course view is on the list for after launch.
Does the game use real players and tours?
No. The tours, courses, golfers and brands are all original, so the world can be built around the career rather than around a licence.
